HURBLY is a technological platform owned and operated by Hurbly, hereinafter referred to simply as “HURBLY”. It constitutes an online service provider that offers its users a set of tools with the aim of simplifying and accelerating their activities.
Full understanding, consent, and acceptance of these terms are essential for using Hurbly's services. Access to and use of the system implies tacit consent to these terms and their content.
1. DEFINITIONS
- User: Any browser on the Platform.
- Platform: systems accessible through the website and associated applications of Hurbly.
- Account: means through which the Client accesses and uses the Platform.
- Client: person who uses the Platform and its services.
2. ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF USE
By using any of the Platform's functionalities, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Term in its entirety, without any modification. If you do not agree with this Term, the User should not use the Platform.
Hurbly may change any part of this Term in good faith, by publishing the updated version on its website.
3. CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS AND USE OF THE PLATFORM
Hurbly grants the User the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable right to access and use the Platform, conditioned to compliance with the rules established in this document.
- The use of the platform is restricted to individuals over 18 years old.
- The Client is solely and exclusively responsible for the registration information entered into the Platform.
- The Client is obliged to ensure the full accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The User acknowledges and agrees that all technological resources of the Platform are and will remain the sole and exclusive property of Hurbly. All media, software, text, image, logo, and technology of the Platform are the exclusive property of Hurbly or its licensors.
5. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The exclusion of warranties and limitation of liability constitute a fundamental element of Hurbly's business model. Hurbly respects privacy and the protection of personal data in accordance with current data protection laws (e.g. LGPD in Brazil).
6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Term will be in force for an indefinite period. The chosen forum to resolve any controversies is that of the company's headquarters district, governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
